Yesterday, my good friend Barbara and her fella, Bill, threw a sushi party. What fun! Everyone had a job to do. I had told Bill about taking a sushi-making class about, what, five years ago? So he and I were the “rollers.” Dan ended up cooking up some of the fish, except for the gorgeous hunk of fresh tuna that was served either seared or raw.

This was lots of fun, and a delicious meal with a great group of friends. Thanks again, Bill and Barbara!
